The objective of the services is to determine the changes occurring in the reservoir as a result of hydrocarbon production or injection of water or gas into the reservoir by comparing the repeated datasets.
Applicants will need to comply with the rules and regulations of Russian procurement law and will need to provide all necessary documentation in Russian.
The supplier will be expected to provide the services during quarters 2 and 3 of 2017.
References from Shell will be an asset.
The buyer is one of Russia's largest oil and gas companies.
