RS Aqua Welcomes New Management Appointments
Wed, 30 May 2012
On 1st June, Martin Stemp will join as Technical Sales Manager. Martin has a BSc (Hons) in Marine Biology & Oceanography (University of Bangor), an MSc (with distinction) in Environmental Monitoring & Management (University of Plymouth) and is an accredited PRINCE2 Project Management Practitioner. His previous employers have included Adams Environmental Ltd, the Natural History Museum and Keep Britain Tidy.
One month later, on 1st July, the company will welcome Terry Edwards to its offices in the role of Technical Support Manager in place of Tony Sanders who is retiring after almost 18 years service. Terry is currently acting Scientific Engineering Manager at NOC Southampton with responsibility for the delivery of equipment and personnel resources to support performance of the UK Marine Scientific Programme. The role also involves supporting the UK Royal Research Vessels at sea with a variety of profiling, towed and moored data gathering packages. Thus, he brings considerable research organisation and commercial engineering experience to RS Aqua. Tony Sanders’ vast experience will be retained via a consultancy contract to ensure a high level of continuity in the area of technical support for the company’s client base.
