The UK Trade & Investment US Scholarship Programme; ‘Winning and Competing in the US Market’ offers UK SMEs a unique opportunity to attend a prestigious executive programme at the Kellogg School of Management, North Western University, Chicago one of the USA’s most distinguished business management schools.

The programme aims to ensure that UK SMEs understand the most effective principles for succeeding in the US market.

The US is an exceedingly complex market given its size and the extreme diversity of its geography, demographics, buyer behaviour, and legal system together with a different set of business customs The purpose of this four day executive programme is to provide companies aspiring to enter the US with a broad yet practical overview of the US market as a means of helping them understand the sorts of information and skills that they will need to acquire to compete successfully in the US market place.

The 2012 programme will run from 30th September to 4th October. Successful applicants will have their fees and accommodation paid for whilst at the Kellogg’s School of Management, but will be expected to pay for their flights to and from Chicago.
