CWind announces new Chairman of the Board

CWind, a leading provider of integrated services to the offshore wind industry, today announced

that Chris Randle, formerly of Siemens Wind Power, has been appointed as Executive Chairman of

the Board of Directors.

Andy White: Non-Executive Director of CWind & Chairman of CTruk Group (CTruk Group: The parent

company of CWind) said: “I have great pleasure in announcing that Chris Randle will be joining

CWind with effect from 28th April 2014. Chris will be taking over from me as Executive Chairman. I

will remain on the board and I look forward to working with Chris to ensure that CWind builds on the

solid platform we have achieved to date and help us achieve full potential from the exciting

opportunities that lie ahead.”

Chris Randle said: “It is with great pleasure that I join the CWind team and I look forward to
