Graco launches an electric double diaphragm pump, the Husky 1050e

Graco launches a new addition to the Graco transfer pumps product line: The Husky 1050e, an Electric Operated 1” Double Diaphragm Pump.

The Husky 1050e is a very unique electric pump. It combines the advantages of an Air Operated Double Diaphragm pump (stalling, running dry, self-priming and seal-less design) into an Electric pump (5 x more energy efficient than an air operated pump and quieter operation).

The Husky 1050e is the only electric diaphragm pump that can stall without damaging the pump or the production line. You don’t need to install pressure sensors.

On top of that, you can set the pump to almost remove the pulsations thus you don’t need to install a surge suppressor.

Where can you use the Husky 1050e?

Where air is not available

To reduce energy costs

To reduce noise (thanks to the electric motor and no pulsations)

To lower maintenance costs: reduce pump failures with other technologies due to running dry or over-pressurizing issues.
