Sea Asia

Tue, 09 April 2013 - Thu, 11 April 2013

Sea Asia, in its 4th edition, returns to Singapore with a brand new look, compelling conference programme and exciting features.  To be held at the iconic Marina Bay Sands Singapore from 9 – 11 April 2013, Sea Asia is expected to reach new heights in terms of size, number of participants as well as exhibit profile.

The event has grown from strength-to-strength, from a mere 8000 sqm space with 7,000 participants at its first showing in 2007, to over 13,000 sqm with more than 12000 international maritime professionals in 2011, representing 70 countries.

Together Sea Asia offers unparalleled networking opportunities in a region where face-to-face relationship building is key, and remains the preferred platform as the region’s foremost shipping event.

Introduced in 2007, Sea Asia is one of the fastest growing and most influential maritime events in Asia today. It has grown phenomenally with 70% increase in the number of participants since the inaugural event with more than 12,000 participants in 2011, mirroring the same growth pattern of the Asian maritime industry. Sea Asia delivers high numbers of visitors and delegates and attracts high-level executives and decision makers. At Sea Asia 2011, one in five visitors registered were shipowners, charterers, operators and managers.

Sea Asia has built a trusted reputation with the key stakeholders in shipping, government agencies and trade associations, and is supported with official pavilions from across the globe. Held as one of the anchor events at the Singapore Maritime Week, organised by the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore, Sea Asia 2013 promises to be the perfect platform for business that will bring together the largest gathering of international and regional shipping luminaries from the maritime community.
