TWI Certification Ltd marks 20 years of accreditation to deliver competence assurance in welding, inspection and NDT

 TWI Certification Ltd (TWI CL) is celebrating 20 years of accreditation to deliver certification services to industry. The company was first accredited twenty years ago by the National Accreditation Council for Certification Bodies. CSWIP personnel certification schemes continue to be delivered today under United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS) accreditation in accordance with EN ISO/IEC 17024 Conformity assessment – General requirements for bodies operating certification of persons.

CSWIP certification provides an individual with verified and validated competence assurance in a specific role or set of responsibilities. UKAS accreditation assures the integrity and validity of the certification, and provides consumer and public confidence in the capabilities and competence of CSWIP certificate holders who deliver the specialised services or create the products that support our daily lives and livelihoods.
