Mon, 24 February 2014
Pontoon service lines installation project.
Suitably qualified contractors are invited to submit proposals for the provision of design/build services for the installation of service lines at pontoons at a water taxi terminal in Trinidad. Currently fuelling and sewage removal are undertaken via hoses that are reeled along the pontoons to the vessel. Additionally, a dedicated firefighting line is required on the pontoons. A complete overhaul of the current system is therefore required to provide efficient services to all four vessels berthed at the terminal. Accordingly, proposals are invited to provide design/build services for the installation of the following service lines inclusive of the requisite amenities (pumps, valves): Potable water, sewage, diesel fuel, air line, clean oil line inclusive of storage tank, sludge oil removal and outlet lines inclusive of storage tank, fire fighting system (hose reel cabinet & hose system), and constructio of a masonry walled fuel filter station with roof.
RFP documents are available at a cost of £100. Funds can be transferred via Western Union and UKTI can purchase on your behalf and forward on to you.
